Who? Youth Ages 7 years and older
Dates: June 15th-August 21st
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:15am-5:45pm
Cost: $850
· Includes all fieldtrips and two t-shirts
· Limited financial assistance is available on a first come first served basis
Leaders in Training
Our teen Members can become Leaders in Training by participating in the Up-Next program at our club. Up-Next provides teens with work experience right in the Club, where they can learn and practice key employability skills.
Skills that put club kids at the front line for desireable placements in the workforce.

Caregiver Orientation
Caregivers and Club memebrs Registered for Summer Program at this site are encouraged to attend a family orientation.
Attending summer family orientation will provide families with important information regarding Summer Program and allow for questions.
Orientation takes place on: June 12th
Field Trips
Going on fieldtrips provides members with fun opportunities and experiences that we pride ourselves on at the club. This is already included in the cost of attending this summer. We will be attending:
- Tommy Bartlett
- Olbrich Gardens & Henry Vilias Zoo
- Devils Lake
- Circus World Museum
- Kids Ranch Excursion
FAQ
• What payment options are available for the summer program?
All summer fees are due before the first day of summer programming. Leading up to that date, payments can be made at caregiver discretion.
• How do I get help with the cost of participation?
Families who need financial assistance can apply for financial aid on the parent portal. Additionally, if you need to set up a payment plan or have any further questions about summer payments, you can contact Sarah Hewitt, Baraboo Site Director, at sarahh@bgcwcw.org
• Are Snacks/ Meals included?
Yes! We offer breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack every day during the summer. Breakfast is served at 8:30am, Lunch and 12pm and afternoon snack at 4:00pm.
• My child(ren) attends summer school, can they still come to the club afterward?
Yes! Summer members are welcome to come after school, and bussing will be available to transport them from school to club.
Registering For Summer
Summer Registration this year takes place on the Parent Portal. If you are new to the Boys & Girls Club, choose the green CREATE ACCOUNT button on the Caregiver Portal webpage to create an account.
If you have already accessed the Caregiver Portal, login using your username and password under the ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT? section.
