Career Opportunity
Operations Director
BGCWCW has an exciting opportunity as the Operations Director for the organization! This full-time, exempt position sets the tone for our Club Sites and shapes how our organization serves each of our communities. As a professional on our administrative team, our Operations Director works closely with our Executive Director and each site to ensure safety, outcomes, community relationships and FUN!

This full time, exempt position has a minimum salary of $58,000 per year with benefits.

BGCWCW requires a clean caregiver background check to work with children.
We have a range of scheduling options from 10-25 hours per week. Scheduling may vary by club location and needs.
Hours Available:
- Summer Hours: Shifts between 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- School Year Hours: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
